Do you pull the permits?
For most sheds, decks and interior work in the East Bay no permit is needed. Where one is, we tell you exactly what the city wants before the crew rolls out.
How long does a shed or deck take?
Usually a single day, debris hauled off the same visit. Concrete and larger patios can run two.
Is the debris removal included?
Always. Demolition and haul-off are quoted as one price — for big volumes we set a roll-off on site.
Are you insured for work on my property?
Licensed, insured and bonded — certificate sent to you or your property manager on request.
