Straight
answers
Got a pile you can’t name or a whole house to clear? Send a photo — you’ll get a firm price before anyone lifts a thing.
How much does junk removal cost?
By volume — how much space it takes in the truck, not by the item. You get a firm price before anything gets loaded, and looking is always free. Labor, stairs and disposal are all in that number.
Do I have to move everything outside first?
No. The crew carries it out — upstairs, garage, backyard, side yard. Point at it and it’s gone.
What won’t you take?
Hazardous material: paint, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, car batteries, asbestos. Tell us what you’ve got and we’ll point you to the right drop-off.
Can you come the same day?
Often — in Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, Union City, Newark and San Lorenzo if you call in the morning. Further out in the East Bay it’s usually next day.
What happens to the stuff you haul?
It’s sorted at our yard. Anything usable gets donated, metal and e-waste get recycled, and you can ask for the Alameda County recycling certificate for your records.
Is it cheaper to rent a dumpster instead?
If you’ve got the time and can load it yourself, a roll-off for the week usually costs less. We run both — tell us the job and we’ll say which one makes sense.
Rather load it
yourself?
Take a roll-off for the week and fill it at your own pace — same company, same pricing rules.
